This morning I woke up and I found myself crying
Children were shot in my dreams and slowly dying
Tried to stop the assassin but it happened so fast
They were singing about peace, but it didn’t last
And about the good times, yes the good times of the past

This morning in the hallway, it was her fighting me
Telling how revolution is needed to set myself free
Like a machine, she was talking and acting insane
Preaching like the Messiah and needed to explain
How the good times, yes the good times shall remain

This morning, my old friend was knocking on my door
His appearance was disturbing and I couldn’t ignore
He was bleeding from his head and I needed to learn
How my own well-being has been my main concern

Well today I went crazy and left my house in pajamas
Because I wanted to go after people’s naked dramas
I had to lure their souls and forced them to undress
To meditate about the tragedy of not being blessed
